1. Go to WordPress Login

2. Username: katrinakane Password: kate

3. At the top click on “My Dashboard“

4. A few lines down, click on the word “Write“

5. Click “Post“

6. Just like in an email, you write a subject under “Title“, the bulk of the text will go under the heading “Page” and you can add media by clicking on the gray icons next to “Add media” (if you prefer you can email me the image and I can add it to your post, just make sure you include the title so i know where the picture goes)

7. When you are finished with your post, change the “publish status” drop down menu to Publish and then click the “publish” button in the dark gray rectangle.
